The ART project (Artificial Reasoning Toolkit) is a library devoted to handle Genetic Algorithms (GA) and Classifier Systems (CS).

The classifier system is not implemented yet.

The library is designed in order to be used into agent based simulation's models, to easy obtain "minded" agents, agents that are fully autonomous, able to decide their own behaviours and to change it to fit their actions to the different environmental conditions. Another main usage will be search bounded optimal solutions in very wide solution spaces closed to quite undefined problems.
